Ed Monk Designed and [ built by Cecil Lange and Sons Boatyard in Port Townsend Washington in 1976 ] , she is a Custom Composite Double-ended Cutter. Heavily built with strip planked and epoxy laminated construction. She has been well cared for by her currant owner and has sailed as far south as to New Zealand and back. She has a gorgeous teak deck a spacious cockpit. Her hard dodger was built in New Zealand while she was there cruising with her first owner. She has a beautiful teak and mahogany interior, with a single master cabin that has a large double berth to mid to starboard side. There is also a single berth on the port side forward just before the chain locker. Across from the main cabin, is the head with a shower.
This boat could easily could be ready with some new gear and be off to Hawaii, South Pacific or to Alaska. She does need some upgrades with electrical system and plumbing before going offshore. Not the boat its self as the hull and decks are in good shape. This is a Great Boat to go on a cruise when you do not have that big budget. She also makes for a good live-aboard for someone who wants to go cruising.

Accommodations
The interior from forward consists of a chain locker then a berth port side with storage lockers to starboard. Aft to starboard is a ladder leading to the foredeck hatch. Aft is a spacious master cabin with a double berth to starboard and to port side is a enclosed head ( no holding tank/over board ) and a shower.
Next up two steps is the main salon with a settee and table to starboard and galley to port. Water tank is under the main salon sole with room for two fuel tanks to be added, ( old tank have been removed due to age). Inboard of the settee is the navigation / computer station. On center line is the companionway ladder to the cockpit. Both port and starboard side of the ladder are doors to the engine room. There are fuel tanks aft of engine
Galley
This is a spacious galley set up for a live aboard or cruiser with lots of storage. You have a Mariner 4-burner propane stove with oven. Refrigeration ( cold plate is engine driven) in a top loading ice box. Stainless Steel Sink and pressure or foot pump cold water
