Handsome McCurdy & Rhodes 65 fresh from a 2015 refit, rig, paint, engine, re-wire, re-plumbed is short it was pretty comprehensive. Commercially code to CAT 2 she offers great potential whether privately or for charter use.

Description of layout from forwards:
Foredeck sliding hatch entrance to Foc’sle V-berth (crew cabin) with small heads/shower. Cedar clad cabin sides and stowage beneath V berth currently used for sails. Hanging cupboard and shelves in heads giving generous storage (requires finishing).
Main accommodation cleanly finished in white cladding and teak trim throughout, with maple-clad cabin sides and teak and holly soles.
Port and starboard twin bunk cabins, each with en suite heads/shower. Good size bunks with individual reading lights. Under bunk storage and generous cubby storage. Each cabin has overhead Gebo hatch.
Port and starboard double cabins, each with en suite heads/shower and overhead Gebo hatch. Fold down Pullman berths to create twin/triple cabins.
Galley: Very well appointed with large chest fridge/freezer plus front opening under counter fridge. GN Espace 5-burner cooker, deep 1 ½ bowl galley sink, Seagull water filtration system with separate drinking water tap.
