You enter the Saloon through the aft cabin centerline door. On port is a convertible settee. The back raises to make two single berths. On starboard, is an L-settee with Grand Banks Yacht table. The table has two leaves that allow dining using both settees for seating. Galley is straight-line on port with the lower helm station access on starboard. The helm has a fixed helm seat with (4) drawer cabinet directly aft. Down (3) steps is the Stateroom with V-berths with a drop-in filler to make it full sized. The head is ensuite. A door and hatch closes off the Stateroom and Head. There is a generous hanging locker on port.
The Owner has berthed the boat at Stuart Yacht Harbour since 2013. There has been ongoing open checkbook maintenance and upgrades ever since. I have four folders of invoices to show that. Highlights are:
The Saloon is light and airy with sliding windows. There is an L-shaped settee to starboard with storage lockers underneath. Opposite the settee is the hinged salon table with storage for bottles underneath. On the port side is a settee with storage lockers under. There are reading lamps, new headlining shades, and an overhead hand rail. Forward, on the starboard side is the helm seat with a storage locker under. Behind the helm seat is a set of 4 storage drawers.
The Head with Shower is ensuite to the Master Stateroom forward.
The stateroom is found forward of the salon and consists of a V-berth with storage drawers underneath and a filler cushion. There is a large overhead hatch with a solar panel driven air vent, windows on both sides and reading lamps. On the port side is a large hanging locker with two vented doors. On the starboard side is the head (ElectroSan) and shower.
The solid fiberglass hull has a full keel. The prop is protected by a skeg from the end of the keel to the bottom of the rudder. The hull is white gel coat with blue bottom paint. The transom has varnished teak overlay with white canvas cover for protection. The varnished hand rails and toe rails have white canvas covers, to protect the varnish. The bimini top is blue canvas, in good condition. The varnished teak hand rails are mounted on brass stanchions. The decks are natural teak, and in good condition. The teak bow sprit has a CQR type anchor on roller, with chain. The windlass is 12V electric. The aft deck has the hand rail and stanchions; this adds to the cockpit safety of this trawler.
The flybridge has a bimini and two back-to-back seats with great storage below. The helm station is to starboard and offers excellent visibility. There is ample storage underneath the helm station which is accessed from the port side door. There are also seat covers.
The Galley is in-line on the port side consisting of a large countertop, two plate electrical stove with extractor fan and microwave. In addition, there is a 12V refrigerator/freezer, a number of storage cabinets/drawers and overhead lights. There is also a chart storage locker forward of the Galley on the port side.
