Volvo Diesel MD11 with approximately 525 engine hours, Three Blade Prop, One inch stainless steel shaft,
A very solid, quality built "performance cruiser", designed by naval architect, Robert Perry and "built to Lloyds Standards". Safe for ocean passages. It comes fully equipped and has been well maintained over the years, with wiring and plumbing redone in 2006, bottom redone in 2006, new sails, traveler, autopilot in 2009, and more. It had surveys done in 2008 and 2013 with good results. The beautiful wood hatch covers and grab rails are finished in Epifanes varnish and protected by canvas covers when dockside. Brightwork that is exposed to the elements has been redone in Semco Teak Sealer to reduce maintenance. A spare aluminum mast is included (original mast is sitka spruce). Winter storage is fully paid and included in the price. Boat will be launched in April and can be viewed on land on Toronto Island until then. Boat was appraised at and is insured for $50,000.
