Puffin is a well-appointed Cape Dory 31. The “31” has much appeal because of her unique layout with the head aft to port by the companion way with the galley opposite on the starboard side. This allows for a very roomy main cabin and forward stateroom. The Cape Dory 31 was also the first in line to have a “T” shaped cockpit for ease of maneuvering around the steering station. She has had several owners since new with the current owner having purchased her just two years ago, but due to health reasons has decided to part with her. Puffin is a beautifully upgraded vessel and a nice example of the model. She is stored inside and easy to see.
