Accommodations

A great live aboard layout with two private staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom is aft with a large center line island queen bed. There are two large hanging lockers and lots of storage for the necessities of life. There is private access to the aft head and shower. Storage is provided on both sides of the cabin and under the berth itself. Moving forward, the galley is to starboard and the Navigation station to port. Next to the navigation station is a large sette and on the starboard side is a huge wrap around settee and a centerline table. The Port settee converts to a double berth and the starboard sette could accomodate an additionl guest. Continuing forward is the guest stateroom with its private head, shower and hanging locker.

Galley

Galley area has a double sink, large ice box draining to the bilge, microwave oven, three burner plus oven gimbaled stove fueled by compressed natural gas (CNG) and a small refrigerator/freezer that is powered by both 110 VAC and by 12 VDC

• Two 50 foot 30 amp power cables and a 50 amp Y connector

• Ground fault interrupter outlets installed in each head

• Sump pump about a year old

• Oil cooler is about 1 year old

• Exhaust mixing elbow is new, September, 2014, as is the thermostat

• Shaft is about a year old as is the hose on the stuffing box

• Oil and filter changed every 50 hours

• Dutchman for main sail installed

• Main sail cover about a year old

• 5 two speed Barlow self tailing winches: one #23 on mast for furling lines; two #25 on cabin top for halyards, outhaul, topping lift, etc.; and two #28 on cockpit sides for sheets

  Emergency tiller mounted in stern locker

• Starboard brand pedestal mounted folding table and drink holders on pedestal

• Outboard holder block on stern rail

• LifeSling mounted on stern rail

• Holder for 3 fenders with fenders inserted on stern rail

• Bottled gas barbeque grill on stern rail

• Rigging is all about 8 years old except for the backstay which was replaced in September, 2014

• Anchor locker has CQR type and Danforth type anchors, each with about a boat length of chain and about 150 feet of 5/8 inch 3 strand nylon rode

• Harken roller furling on forestay
