The Tolllycraft 44 Sundeck, designed by Ed Monk, quickly became one of Tolly's most popular models featuring a soft dry ride, great sea keeping in the ocean and great accommodations for up to six overnight.
This one has been freshwater moored most of its life and has been recently upgraded with new dinette upholstery, modified bow pulpit, LED lighting, and more. Mechanical upgrades include new fuel and water tanks, Side-Power bow and stern thrusters, upgraded ZF/Mathers electronic single lever controls AGM batteries, and all new blackwater hoses, valves, and pumps. Knot Home has only 1395 hours on the 4-stroke, Detroit 8.2 "Fuel Miser" diesels for smooth efficient cruising. She was hauled and painted February 2017 and is ready to go.
Knot Home is easily boarded via the swim platform, aft, then forward thru the cockpit, up 3 steps to the large carpeted sundeck with hardtop. The salon features an L shaped sectional sofa to starboard, hi-low teak table and a nice club chair to port. Down 4 steps the galley, to port, and dinette, to starboard which are both on the same level. Forward from the dinette is the guest stateroom with roomy V-berth and private head.
