"Tiva" is an outstanding example of this classic flush deck design. She is being offered by, only, her second owner who has had the honor of properly taking care of her the last 50 years. In collector car terms, she could be called a survivor, as she has most of her original equipment, all maintained in good working order. All brightwork and teak decking has been maintained, impeccably! She did have interior carpeting replaced not long ago and the galley refrigerator replaced 10 years ago, but still has the original, working freezer!
Be certain not to miss the owner's remarks and history in the full specs!
She is a shining example of how to maintain a vessel. She was hauled and surveyed (by one of the Delta's toughest surveyors) in 2015, with all recommendations addressed at Diablo Boat Works (receipt on file).
At her, very realistic, pricing, she shouldn't be around long. Call now to arrange for your private inspection.

Owner remarks and history
Tiva was acquired by her current owner in 1969, after just 3 years in the possession of the commissioning owner. She began her life by spending 18 years in the fresh water of Lake Michigan. Her cruising time in the Great Lakes was spent along the west coast of Michigan, with regular cruises “up north” to Mackinac Island and into the North Channel of Ontario, Canada.
In 1984 her owner retired to the Sierras in central California. 1984 – the L A Summer Olympics. What a cruising opportunity – the California Delta to Los Angeles to take in The Olympics. On the truck she went, and upon arrival on the West Coast, took up residence at Village West Marina in Stockton, California. Her first west coast experience was a few months long episode of Southern California cruising out of Marina del Rey, including a few stays out at Catalina Island. Oh, and the Olympics were fun too.
Her last 34 years have been spent in the fresh water of the California Delta, cruising and leading cruises in the Delta and San Francisco Bay with various boating/yacht clubs. Not a year has gone by that Tiva hasn’t enjoyed some “Down Bay” time, including a few trips out the Golden Gate and down to Monterey Bay. Most recently, October 2018, she had the good fortune of seeing no less than 30 humpback whales on an early morning cruise from Santa Cruz to Monterey.
She’s a cruiser!
