The present owners purchased Le Bitz in 2004.. They had a new keel built.. They spent 2 years cruising the river Serern & Gloucester Ship Canal (UUK)).. They then cruised the boat across the English Channel to Guernsey.. They then re crossed the Channel to the UK and cruised the coastal areas of Devon and Cornwall including the Helford,, Yealm,, Dart and Fal ri vers on a number of occasions..
They also cruised north and south Brittany areas as far as the Morbihan including the Aurey,, Odet,, Belon rivers and the Brest waterway..
They cruised the Normandy coast,, Guernsey,, Cherbourg,, Barfleur,, St Vaast,, Ouistreham,, H onfleur to Rouen,, then up the Seine to Paris.. They also cruised the Oise,, Aisne,, canal Lat á L’Aisne,, Marne Petit Seine and Yonne rivers for the last three years..
