Designed and built in Bristol, Rhode Island, the Shannon 38's are well known as seaworthy boats, with an easy motion and easily handled offshore. Stepping aboard at the cockpit, you have the helm with a folding table attached to the front of the binnacle. Sailing controla are easily accessed from the cockpit.
Going through the companionway into the yacht's interior, the galley is to starboard withe the nav station to port, The salon has settees on both sides. Forward to starboard is the head and the forward cabin with the vee berth.
