This is a bit of a project boat with lots of potential especially at this price point. Please inspect the photos carefully. The aft cabin headliner has been removed and owner has lost steam in replacing it. You have to be prepared to put it back together yourself.
The balance of the boat needs to have a good cleaning and all the pieces appear to be there.

Forward is the v-berth stateroom with full width head. Amidships is the very comfortable salon with portside U-shaped adjustable pedestal table and sleeping accomodations for 2. The portside galley is well designed and will be a secure work area underway. To starboard is the nav station with a large chart table. The starboard passage to the aft cabin has a fine seaberth and provides great engine access. The aft stateroom has a double berth to port and a single to starboard, and has a private head with shower. There is a separate companionway from the aft cabin to the cockpit.
The keel is a fixed fin, encapsulated lead ballast, with a skeg hung rudder.
