The Tim Jackett-designed Tartan 31 was built from 1987 until 1991. Reportedly 146 were built. Available either with a deep fin keel or shoal-draft patented Scheel keel, the Tartan 31 is a fine sailer, well-built, good looking, and attractively laid out below.
SUNDANCE, hull #41, has the desirable Scheel keel and draws only 4' 4". She has been owned for most of her life by her current owner who is selling her now after finally having decided to purchase a power boat. SUNDANCE appears to be in fine condition. Her engine was just completely rebuilt this year. She'll soon be covered for the winter, so come have a look now while you can walk her decks and be able to see below using natural light.
