This sophisticated Euro-styled pilothouse sedan was kept in fresh water until 2001, shows much newer than her actual age and must be seen to appreciate. Note Ciao is the more popular three stateroom layout with raised dinette opposite helm in the raised pilothouse with port and starboard sliding doors. She's also equipped with Detroit Diesel 6-71s, more robust engines that the standard 6-53s. Additional design features are a huge flybridge with plenty of seating, wide sidedecks and access to flybridge from pilothouse, and well crafted interior (updated, tastefully furnished and with 6'4 headroom) with plenty of storage.
Also note that about $175,000 has been spent on the vessel since 2001--bottom job with barrier coat, bow thruster, water maker, all new batteries, active tracking satellite TV, engine work, etc etc etc.
However, the real story might be that she's lying downtown Sausalito in a transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip--there's a wait here of many years for a slip this size, ESPECIALLY on the very desirable E Dock turning basin so this is a MATERIAL BENEFIT if you're able to take advantage...
Vessel significantly reduced in price early June 2018 and is now one of the most competitively priced OAs in the ENTIRE COUNTRY.
