In the saloon, two settee berths with fixed drop leaved saloon table. Chart table to starboard with galley opposite. Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. (Two bottles) Stainless steel sink. Hot and cold pressurised water. 136 litres freshwater capacity. Ice box.
Separate heads compartment with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.
Aft cabin with large comfortable double berth, hanging locker and seat. Escape hatch to the cockpit.
She has the original patterned Moody upholstery in excellent codition and blackout curtain in the saloon. Approx 6'1 headroom in the saloon. JVC radio.
Located abaft the companionway, Volvo Penta MD2020 three cylinder 19hp marine diesel engine. Electric start. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Saildrive to three bladed propeller. Single lever engine controls. Fuel gauge. 90 litre fuel capacity. The engine has been regularly serviced, last done in 2018. Saildrive diaphragm changed 2009. Hours are unknown as Volvo meter inoperable (not unusual).

Built by Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd in 1998 to a design by Bill Dixon. White GRP hull with style stripes and alloy toe rails. White GRP coachroof with moulded non slip decks. Aft self draining cockpit . Sugar scoop type transom. Cast iron fin keel. Tiller steering to skeg hung rudder. Self draining gas locker. Teak laid cockpit seats (not original). Fold down transom. She has been in her present ownership since 2012 and has been sailed locally on the East Coast. Yard number 3124, so probably one of the last S31's to have been built.
