The cooling system was just rebuilt in October 2019. The engine is running great!!!

Fore-cabin is a Vee berth with an infill to form a double. Saloon with settee/berths, large central folding table and storage. Head to port with Jabsco marine toilet, basin with hot and cold-water supply and combined shower and storage. Pressurized hot and cold-water supply and holding tank and deck or overboard discharge. Aft double berth with curtain to separate from main cabin, storage and hanging locker.
Galley to starboard consisting of a gimballed propane gas 2-burners stove and oven, large top loading cool box and sink with hot and cold-water supply.
Located in beneath companionway under a fiberglass box the engine has great access. It is a reliable 1999 Universal M-25XPBC 25hp diesel 3-cylinder engine. Fresh water cooled. Straight shaft drive with standard stuffing box. Twin lever Morse type engine controls at pedestal. Engine panel also with tach with engine hours currently showing 1880 on the Hobbs meter, voltage, temperature and fuel gauges.
Shore power is supplied by a single 30 A cord. Two 12V batteries are charged via engine alternator or battery charger.
The rig is a masthead sloop design with a classic main and furling genoa. The furler, vang, traveler and blocks are from Schaefer. The mainsheet, halyards and reef lines are all lead to the cockpit with stoppers on the coach roof and controlled by two Lewmar 16 2-speed winches. Genoa sheets are lead aft to two Lewmar ST-30 2-speed winches.
The sails and sail cover appear to be in good shape.
The ground tackle is a Manson 25# plow anchor on a chain/rope rode. There is no windlass. The anchor locker is oversized and can hold additional gear or fenders and docklines.
The cockpit is comfortably sized and has a decent bimini with pedestal and winch covers. The two stern rail seats provide extra seating and the best view of the water.
A large, fold down swim ladder on the transom provides easy access to and from the water.
