The building can be left in it's current location if it's used as a floating office which is how we were using it with a location for two desks. Slip rent is about $380/mo plus electric. Very visable location in the areas best marina. Great for a satellite real estate office or remote office for someone who works from home.
Roughly 2' draft built on stryrofoam floats with decking over. Decking appears to be fibreglassed over and has been painted.
Year: We believe it was built in the late 90s or early 2000s.
No Propulsion. Not made to be moved around. It's a permanent floating home.
Was used as a floating office for a yacht brokerage but was built as a small floating apartment.
Upper loft has a closet and place for a double bed with opening windows. Stair/Ladder to loft.
Two sliding glass doors (one replaced) with porch/decks on both ends.
Living area had a built in desk.
Aft area was kitchen and kitchen sink cabinet was removed but could be replaced. We believe plumbing is still there for it. 110vt fridge in kitchen and cabinets.
Private head has a separate stall shower, vacuflush marine head and cold pressure water. Hot water heater is there but not being use. Head has a holding tank built into the float with a pumpout on the Deck. There is service that will come down and do a monthly pump out.
Interior has stick down linoleum floor.
Window air unit replaced last year.
Technically no heat but we have used space heaters effectively.
Has 110vt power via 30amp shore power cord.
Cold pressure water and has hot water heater still there but currently disconnecgted.
Most of siding inside and out and insulation replaced, exterior repainted etc over last 2-3 years.
Would make great live aboard apartment, hunting lodge or floating office. Selling because we bought a larger floating office.
Can and has been moved by towing it and local service here can do it.
