Starting at the transom we have a large swim platform. Starboard side is the transom gate the cockpit has good freeboard with steps up to the after deck. Inside the transom and on the inside of the transom is access it to the shore power hooked up and hook up for the city water, there is the transom shower. On the transom gunal is a custom stainless steel cutting board. Access to the bilge pump‘s and the fuel tanks are through the cockpit sole we also have access to the owner’s aft cabin through sliding patio doors in the cockpit.
The aft deck is enclosed with a hardtop. The vessel has new enclosure, there is a large seating on the aft deck and furniture. Next to the sliding salon door is a storage closet. Port and starboard side on the app deck are acrylic doors. Up to steps and we are at the flybridge. The flybridge has seating for the Captain and a second forward facing seat for a passenger.
On the bridge is a large deep freezer.The gauges at the helm are clear the toggle switches are in good condition we have Volvo Penta electronic throttles and gear controls. Electonics consist of a VHF radio a Garmin GPS map 7212 a compass portside we have some small storage and access to breakers.
The salon has a wooden interior along with a wooden veneer Teak and Holy sole though out the boat. The headliner is in good condition. There are three Marine Air AC units with three seperate AC contol panels.
On the port side in the salon is a sofa, starboard side is a large LG flatscreen TV. The dinette it forward and on the port side the galley has a teak and holly sole in the galley is a two burner cooktop side-by-side refrigerator freezer a sharp convection oven Corian countertops and largest sink along with pull out drawers and a closet.
Forward in the vessel is the guest stateroom with hanging closet, DVD player, drop down flat screen TV deck hatch and access to the forward head.
In the forward head is a Vacu flush toilet Mirror cupboards sink and to solid privacy doors.
The owner’s stateroom has good closet space the sliding patio door into the cockpit a bathroom with a stall shower vacuum flush toilet sink and mirrored cupboards. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player this room has a dedicated air Conditioning panel and a solid of privacy door.
The Volvo D6 had a factory recall and were rebuilt at 500 hours.
In the engine room at twin fresh water cooled inline 6 D6 370 HP Volvos, coupled up to ZF MarineV transmissions, the shafts are 1 3/4 " with bronze alloy four bladed props
For a generator we have a 3 cylinder 8KW Kohler model 8EOZD (hours unknown)
In the engine room are four Attwood blowers, Reverso lubrication transfer system. Two Groco bronze raw water strainers along with two spin of type Racor filters/water separators.
The 41 has four aluminum fuel tanks, two are outboard side of the motors, you access the other two aft in the lazerette.
You will see five batteries on the vessel (age unkown at this time) The vessel has 2 50' long 30 amp shorepower cords.
Starting at the bow is a Anchorlift anchor windlass with stainless steel anchor plate, the windlass can be operated from the bow or ther helm, there is a wrap around windshield, the vessel has a forward deck hatch. A bow rail runs from mid ship around to midships. both side of the aft deck are transparant doors. The bridge steps and cockpit steps are molded fiberglass. The cockpit has a transom gate, custom fish cleaning station a swim platform with swim ladder. Nine cleats are thru bolted, three on either side with two aft pop up cleats along with two rod holders aft.
