I am happy to share the survey performed on Nov. 2018 and let you know what has been updated since then.
Only known issues - I live on this boat and know it intimately...
2 opening portlights have small gasket leaks - and the icemaker doesn't work - I just make icecubes in my nice new large freezer and use the icemaker for more storage.
2 of the large hatches have crazing on the glass from the sun but no other leaks
The Bimini is ok for now -but should be replaced in the near future
The woodworking and furniture are in very nice condition - no scratches, marks or dents anywhere.
Also - the boat has no head odor, diesel smell, also no mold either!
Come check it out for yourself. She is ready to sail away. I am looking to sell her fast because I found a larger boat I would like to buy. I am not willing to negotiate on price. I know the market and have her priced very fairly for the make of boat she is.

The 44 Aft Cockpit Cruiser shares the same performance hull with the 44 Deck Saloon, but comes in a lower profile. The boat was drawn by noted designer Glenn Henderson and sports some rather intricate features not usually found on cruising boats of this size. First is a "Bow Hollow", which increases the flow of water in the forward sections and increases hull speed. Second is a "Stern Reflex", which allows a flatter exit wake and less turbulence. This also increases performance. Hunter has learned much from the recent IOR boats and has incorporated some into cruising boats to enhance their performance without sacrificing comfort and the ease of sailing. The 44 Aft Cockpit offers superior amenities and comfort. A unique forward stateroom layout featuring a Pullman style double berth provides plenty of space and storage. The salon is full beam and allows for entertaining and dining in grand style. Aft, is the master stateroom, which is enhanced by carrying the wide beam well aft. Inner spring mattresses are standard and the finely finished teak interior and cabinetry are first-class.
