The Carver 56 Voyager is a stretched version of the Carver 530 Voyer, and the same boat as the Carver 570 Voyager (2001-04) with a revised salon and galley up layout and exterior styling updates. With her MEGA-YACHT personality and commanding present , the 56 Voyager is designed for long-range cruising. The large fly bridge offers generous seating including two double-wide lounges and a wraparound port-side lounge that seats seven. The large 70 sq.ft. cockpit provides overhead sun and weather protection, plus convenient side deck stairways and a sliding glass door leading to the cabin. Inside, a full-beam salon with cherry wood accents features an L-shaped leather sofa, two club chairs, and an entertainment center in the aft corner. The large galley-with serving counter and two stools is oper,i to the salon. The main attraction of the 56 is her elegant pilothouse with leather sofa, wraparound console, and plush captain's chair. Note the inside steps leading from the pilothouse to the bridge and the sliding door for access to the fore-deck. The engine room is reached from the cockpit lazarette. Built on a modified-V hull with a slender 15'4" beam, twin Volvo 675hp diesels cruise at 20-22 knots.
