"Shelly Sue" is no dock queen. The owners of this boat put on about 200 hours a year, look after the boat to keep it running well, and have made improvements to ensure their continuing enjoyment:
The engines are serviced by Coast to Coast Marine - including a full cooling system service.
The electronics were updated to Sea Ray's Lighthouse II hybrid touch system.
For ease of use, a ($15k) Yacht Controller system has been installed, which controls engines & bow & stern thrusters from a remote control for easy maneuvering from anywhere on the boat.
Batteries have been replaced.
All lighting has been changed to LED.
Satellite TV (although service with Direct TV will have to be added.)
Sliding windows have been installed in the salon, so it's not always necessary to run the air conditioning system.
Sofa-bed in salon.
The flybridge has new Macralon windows, and there is a canvas cover that extends over the cockpit.
New sunpad cushion on the bow
300' of chain in the anchor locker.
Bottom paint 2019.
Buffed & waxed 2019.
