The Oyster 56 is labelled as Oyster Yachts’ most prominently successful model with 75 vessels launched between 1998 and 2010. Designed by Rob Humphreys, the Oyster 56 makes for a perfect blue water cruiser, combining luxury and comfort with a brilliant record for performance.
Often considered a “Gin & Tonic” cruiser of the highest accord, the Oyster 56 packs all of the creature comforts one would expect on a superyacht onto a smaller – yet still just as luxurious – model. The Oyster 56 offers the perfect balance for sitting back and relaxing or getting active and competitive on the regatta course, where it is a well-proven winner.
Vortec Marine has extensive knowledge of Oyster yachts, having worked on board the brand’s vessels for more than 18 years. This particular yacht has been looked after by the Vortec Marine team since she left the yard in 2008. Having been maintained to the highest standard, the team is delighted to have the opportunity to find this exceptional Oyster 56 G5 model her next owner.
Oyster 56 Temerity is a stunning sailing yacht that has been professionally kept and maintained since new. She provides very comfortable berths for 7 people across 4 cabins with ample light and airy living space and accommodation, as well as a well-equipped galley. During their 10+ years of ownership, the current owner has consistently updated and refreshed the yacht; she has recently had new cockpit cushions, a new sprayhood and bimini and a new hydraulic Besenzoni passerelle fitted as an upgrade.
Within the Oyster 56 cabin, Temerity’s interior teak woodwork and cream alcantara upholstery are in very good condition, providing a deluxe, comfortable living area. On deck, her standing and running rigging are in good condition and she offers a huge amount of deck space to enjoy both at sea and in harbour.
The Oyster 56 is a true Blue Water Cruising Yacht, offering the perfect combination of a luxury sailing vessel to enjoy with friends and family and a build and configuration ideal for long distance journeys.
The boat is located in Marina Frapa, Rogoznica. This can be largely accessible by flights from Split airport. There is a good transport connection.
Additional notes; Hauled annually and kept ashore for most winters. Never chartered.
