2010 Narrowboat Traditional Stern

 Construction :  All steel Traditional Stern Narrowboat.  Layout comprises from the stern an extra wide hatch with compartment over the engine which has storage and electrics.  Steps lead down to the bedroom with full height wardrobe incorporating drawers and  sliding  mirrored doors, overhead lockers, storage under the bed and TV socket.  There are privacy doors at each end of this cabin.  The bathroom has a small bath with shower over, basin, cassette loo and storage. Moving forward is the dinette with upholstered seating and storage under which makes into a double berth.  The galley has a Stoves LPG cooker and a separate Spinflo LPG 4 burner hob, a Shurline fridge and wall and floor cupboards with matching black gloss doors, there is space for a washing machine with tails and power fitted. The galley area has large opening side doors. The Saloon is spacious with  fitted floor cupboards each side of the bow doors with a radio and CD player and TV socket.  Extra wide double doors lead out to the bow deck which is a good space for seating and there is also a built in wooden seat with storage under.

Comments :  Waitara has an 1800w inverter, battery charger, battery management,  Calorifier heated from engine and Webasto central heating , stainless steel water tank with a 600 litres capacity, four 110a/h domestic batteries.  Hull blacked in August 2011, Boat Safety Certificate to August 2015.   This is a lovely boat with the layout designed with thought to give the purchaser maximum flexibility.  The hatch, stern doors, side doors and bow doors are all extra wide and the boat has a light and airy feel to it. The engine room has had sound insulation added for quiet running.
