VERY clean owners version.
Two seasons done and seller now has a three year business contract he absolutely cannot refuse!
The difficult decision to sell Faith rather than store her for three years was reluctantly made , so someone is going to get lucky!
FROM THE OWNER;
After just two wonderful sailing seasons, we have made the difficult decision to sell our beautiful boat. The perfect live aboard cruising catamaran is FOR SALE: 3 cabin owner's version, 2015 model Leopard 44.
The Leopard 44, with it's additional forward cockpit, is at the forefront of modern catamaran design. In addition, the boat offers an integral hardtop bimini, protecting both the forward and aft cockpit, while also creating a comfortable, and enjoyable additional living space. A protected raised helm is featured, making this boat easy to handle.
Spacious, two double cabins and two en suite heads are fore and aft in the Port hull, leaving accommodations for the captain and mate taking up the entire starboard hull. A true owner's hull, where a queen berth is aft, with a sitting area amidships and a head with separate shower in the bow, behind a watertight bulkhead. This catamaran also features air-conditioning throughout the boat.
Single owner, well maintained, never chartered, boat of the year winner. 110V version. She is outfitted for passage making and blue water tested. With over $50K in factory upgrades and another $50K after-market upgrades, she is better than new: (teak floors, gen-set, power davits, Air conditioning, bowsprit, spinnaker, code zero, electric heads, custom cushions throughout, full weather enclosure, SSB, Water-maker, Radar, HDTV, etc.).
There are a lot of new features in this well thought out and very fresh boat’s design. She shows like new, and is ready to go.

The Leopard 44 represents Robertson and Caine’s latest innovative developments with modern features not yet seen on production catamarans, while remaining committed to the tried and tested features that have made the Leopard line one of the most sought after brands of catamarans globally.FORWARD COCKPIT
One of the many intriguing features this yacht offers is the forward cockpit with direct access from the saloon. While a forward cockpit is conventional on the modern cruising catamaran, the Leopard 44 distinctively offers an integral hardtop bimini, protecting the forward and aft cockpit, while also creating a comfortable outdoor living space.PERFORMANCE
The Leopard 44’s sailing performance and ease of handling has earned her multiple awards. All running rigging runs aft to the standard electric winch allowing this yacht to be sailed from the comfort and safety of the protected helm station with double helm seat and hardtop bimini.
