Major $20,000.00 Price Reduction - Owners want to get into a new boat before summer. Trades of small trawlers will be considered as well.
"I feel that any boat that points her bow out to sea should be designed so that the crew need not worry about a safe return--no matter what tricks the weather may play."
Legendary designer Lyle Hess, was given a daunting task with a strict set of parameters when he set out to design this boat. She could be no longer than 8' wide at her beam (so as to be legally trailerable and highly mobile), and had to be capable of withstanding the worst the ocean could throw at her. The result was one of the greatest pocket cruisers ever conceived, the Nor'Sea 27.
We are bringing to market the final Nor'Sea 27 to come from the factory, and they absolutely saved the best for last. This is the sought-after, aft-cabin configuration. She is factory finished and in stunning condition. She even still has that new boat smell... The commissioning and installation of all the electronics and on-board systems was done by the Cap Sante Boatyard, one of the very best in the PNW.
Load up some supplies and you can head off-shore tomorrow. These opportunities don't come often.

Captain Ellis Johnson
She comfortably sleeps four adults with two in the spacious aft cabin and two more in the main cabin. Plenty of headroom throughout the main cabin with 6' at the base of the companionway.
The Head is located immediately inside the companionway to the port side. This is very desirable on any cruising boat because the head doubles as a wet-locker and you can greatly limit the moisture introduced to the interior of the boat.
The Galley is located across from the head on the starboard side of the vessel. It is well equipped with an Ortigo 2-burner alcohol stove and plenty of storage.
The Chart Table and Hanging Locker are found against the bulkhead, forward of the head on the port side.
